While massive infrastructure projects require raw breaking weight, urban interior renovation, commercial tile stripping, and wall-channelling demand a completely different class of tool. Success in this sector relies on high blow-per-minute (BPM) frequency, variable speed precision, and rotational flexibility.
1. Constant-Speed Electronics: Stable Output Under Fluctuating Loads
When a worker chisels through layered masonry, brick, or tile beds, the density of the material changes constantly. Standard electric hammers experience a severe drop in impact frequency when encountering harder pockets, slowing down the project.

2. Multi-Position Chisel Locking (Vario-Lock Technology)
